Train hard. Stay in it.

Care built around your training, for high school athletes, lifters, runners and weekend warriors. We find the weak link, treat what hurts, and keep you training while you heal.

A CREW doctor working on an athlete’s shoulder

What’s included.

Everything an athlete needs is under one roof, so nothing gets referred across town.

Led by Dr. Eric and Dr. Brett, with a CSCS-certified strength coach on staff.

How it works.

Assess

Find the weak link

A movement screen and your first-visit scans, so you have real numbers next to your name.

Treat

Fix what hurts

Adjustments, soft-tissue work and SoftWave where it helps, timed around your training and competition.

Build

Come back stronger

Strength and mobility work that fits the program you already follow, not a new one.

From CREW patients.

“I’m super injury prone from playing way too much tennis and pickleball and I have already seen a huge difference from just a couple sessions which is nuts.”

Conor M. · Mar 2026★★★★★

“Ben helped me with my ankle right before my first marathon, and I can’t thank him enough. After the SoftWave session, it was already feeling better, and his advice to use compression really helped.”

Parker K. · Dec 2025★★★★★

“Two-months later, I’m not only back running and sprinting across the tennis court, but I have a new vision for my total health.”

Cindy M. · Jun 2020★★★★★

Before you book.

Do I have to stop training?

Rarely. We’d rather change your training than take it away, and we’ll tell you exactly what to keep, modify or pause.

Is this only for injuries?

No. Plenty of athletes come in healthy to move better, recover faster and catch problems early.

Do you see youth athletes?

Yes, from middle school through high school and college. A parent or guardian comes to the first visit for anyone under 18.

Can you help me get ready for a race or season?

Yes. Come in a few weeks out and we’ll build care around your training block and race day.
