Not just the spine.

Shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, ankles and feet get stuck and irritated too. Dr. Mallory and Dr. Brett specialize in getting them moving again.

Treatment on a patient’s shoulder

What we treat.

We check the joint that hurts and the ones above and below it, because pain often starts somewhere else.

  • Shoulder: rotator cuff, impingement, frozen shoulder
  • Elbow: tennis and golfer’s elbow
  • Wrist and hand: repetitive strain
  • Hip: tightness and pinching
  • Knee: runner’s knee, tendons, arthritis
  • Ankle: sprains and Achilles pain
  • Foot: plantar fasciitis, custom orthotics
  • Old injuries that never fully healed

How we treat it.

Find it

Test, don’t guess

Muscle testing shows which muscles are overworking and which have switched off, and we check how each joint moves.

“An X-ray and nerve scan confirmed what was suspected with my shoulder. We wrote a care plan, and got to work. Dr. Mallory is the best!”

Before you book.

Do chiropractors really treat knees and shoulders?

We do. Extremities are a specialty here, and joints respond to specific adjustments and soft-tissue work just like the spine.

Do you make custom orthotics?

We offer custom orthotics here. Not everyone needs them, so we look at your feet and how you move first, and tell you whether supportive shoes, inserts or custom orthotics will help.

Do I need an MRI first?

Usually not. If your exam suggests a tear or anything else that needs imaging, we’ll refer you.

What about numbness or tingling in my hand?

A nerve can get irritated anywhere from the neck to the wrist, so we check the whole path. If you have weakness or symptoms that keep getting worse, we’ll refer you.
